Sports and cricket bets

For cricket, football, and other sports markets, 1k99 uses official competition results as published by the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or shortened below the minimum qualifying time, bets may be voided according to the rules for each market.

Raising a dispute

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact 24/7 Live Chat within 30 days of the event. Provide your bet ID and a clear description of the issue. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days will not be accepted.

◆ Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited on 1k99:

• Creating more than one account, or sharing an account with another person.
• Using software, bots, or scripts to automate betting or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Misusing promotions, including creating fake accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with 1k99's platform or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that violates applicable law.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban. We cooperate with relevant authorities where required by law.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach on your part, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals will be processed before closure is finalised.

◆ Limits on Our Liability

1k99 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses caused by internet outages, device failures, or circumstances outside our control. Our total liability to you in any calendar month is limited to the net deposits you made in that month, excluding bonus funds.

We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of 1k99, including lost profits or emotional distress. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Continued use of your account after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account before they take effect.
